Practices

The practices are designed for you to be independent and practice on your own schedule. Each practice is offered in group workshops or they may be taught in private sessions. Support, correction and review sessions are available upon request.

+ Upa Yoga

Upa-Yoga is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system.

A series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.

Regular practice of Angamardana revitalizes the body in many ways:

  • Strengthens the spine, skeletal system, and muscular system

Surya Shakti is to energize the system to a different dimension. This 18-step process helps to strengthen the ligaments that hold the skeletal and muscular structure together.

Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy to naturally achieve a chemistry of health, joy, blissfulness, and above all balance.
